Residential Care

Edward House is our small, homely and friendly residential care home for women from Cambridgeshire.

There are sixteen single bedrooms, each with their own wash basin and toilet facilities, and residents are encouraged to furnish their room to their individual taste. Most rooms have built-in cupboards for clothes storage and all have a television point and telephone socket. A number of communal facilities are available including a spacious sitting room, a dining room and two enclosed patio areas.

Fully qualified care staff look after our residents 24 hours a day and a designated Activities Officer promotes a varied programme of daily activities which help to provide stimulation and a sense of wellbeing.

Meals are freshly prepared, wholesome, high quality and attractively presented, and a choice is always available. Within reason, every effort is made to cater for individual preferences in food.

Sadly, applications cannot be accepted for women with dementia.
